About me
I’m a proud Latina, born and raised in San Diego in a loving Mexican-American family.
Like many women, I found myself caught in a relentless cycle of dieting beginning at age 12. For nearly two decades, I struggled with binge eating, yo-yo dieting, and low self-confidence. My relationship with food and my body felt beyond repair.
At the same time, I thrived academically and professionally. I earned a B.A. in Psychology and Business Administration from USC, followed by a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology. I then spent 13 years at Google, coaching senior tech leaders as they built and led successful teams and products.
But my deepest interest was always holistic wellness and personal growth. Since my teens, I have studied self-development and later trained in yoga, Pilates, health coaching, and life coaching.
Those experiences—along with my own personal work—gave me the tools to rebuild trust in myself and create a different relationship with food and my body.
Today, I bring that experience to coaching with both compassion and practical skill. I’m here to help you understand the patterns keeping you stuck, practice new responses, and build a relationship with food you can trust.
